2. The owner of the online bookstore is Booker Aleksandr Owramko, ul. Ptasia 4, 00-138 Warsaw, NIP: 113-201-25-84, Regon: 142706075.
Offer
1. The bookstore offers books of Russian publishing, films, music, magazines, games, toys, souvenirs, multimedia programs and other products.
2.The prices of all products are given in PLN and include VAT.
3.The price binding the product is the price given on the online bookstore at the time of ordering. The prices do not include shipping costs.
4.The bookshop reserves the right to change prices of products on offer, as well as to introduce new products and remove products from the offer.
5.We offer the possibility of placing individual orders. Every month we provide a deadline for when we collect orders. Then, an advance payment should be made in the amount determined individually, depending on the amount of books ordered. The order will be ready for collection up to 2 weeks from the date mentioned above.
Orders ekspresowych will be implemented as the product is available in publishing - the cost of such an order is a retail price + 200 PLN for the express.
Order fulfillment
1. CUSTOMER receives a confirmation of placing an order together with the order number via email (e-mail) to the e-mail address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
2.The order is then accepted for execution.
3.The order will be processed under the condition that the product is available in the warehouse or at the Store's suppliers. If some of the products covered by the order are unavailable, the User will be informed immediately about the status of the order in order to make a decision regarding further proceedings regarding the implementation of the order, eg to replace it with a similar product.
4. In the situationif the User does not decide to purchase a similar product at a similar price, as mentioned in point 3, and made a payment in advance, the Store undertakes to return the provided price within 3 business days of receiving information from the User about his resignation.
5. WIn the case of orders paid by bank transfer, the order is processed after the money has been credited to the account indicated in the e-mail.yle = "color: # 0000ff;">We wait up to 10 days for the transfer, then the order will be canceled .
6. In justified cases, the store reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order placed by the recipient who previously did not collect the ordered goods, delayed the payment for ordered goods or in a situation where the authenticity of the order raises reasonable doubt.
7. The bookshop reserves the right to confirm the order by phone and verify the data for shipment.
Packing
The bubble envelopes are packed with max. 3 pcs. books or soft products that will not be destroyed during delivery. Larger quantities of products or oversize products are packed with bubble wrap and gray paper, which, despite its unprofitable appearance, allows for a better packaging of the order.
Order change or cancellation
You can change or cancel your order, but only before sending it to the customer. Delivery of ordered products takes place in accordance with the form of delivery chosen by the Customer. 2.Shipments are sent via Poczta Polska or DHL courier and the costs depend on the weight of the ordered goods. When collecting the parcel, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging, whether it is not, for example, torn or bent. 3. Shipping fees are subject to change, according to the price list of Poczta Polska and the courier company. Forms of payment The store provides the following forms of payment:
- bank transferon the account of the bookstore (Prepay)
- with the help of fast online payments tpay.com
- cash on delivery(cash on delivery)
- in cash or by debit card on personal collection
Invoices
Each order is accompanied by a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice upon request (please provide information in the commentary).
Discounts and rebates
For regular logged clients, we offer:
- 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% - depending on the number of orders placed (minimum order amount is PLN 30);10% discount for pupils and students upon presentation of a valid ID card (when paying in cash);
- periodically rebate vouchers will be made available (table under the summary of products), which can be used in the ordering process
Promotions and discounts do not combine.
Returns and complaints
1. Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Customer who is a Consumer, may withdraw in writing from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. This is possible only when the product has not been used, copied and has not been damaged.
2. Zwrothe costs of sending back the goods are not subject to payment. The equivalent of the returned goods is returned in the form agreed with the customer, e.g. by transfer to the indicated account.
3.We do not accept returns sent to us "cash on delivery"
4. Returns no pitems imported on special orders are distant.
5. Returns shall not be subject to valuation.
6. If the customer finds a technical defect or damage caused by transport after receiving the goods, he should report this fact to the transport company and write down the damage report (upon receipt, check whether the packaging has been damaged in any way, if this is confirmed, please report it on receipt of the correct post office or postman), and send the damaged goods to the sender. The costs related to the return of the damaged goods will be refunded after the parcel receives the parcel and examines the complaint. Damaged goods will be exchanged for full value (if it is not possible due to the expiration of stocks, a refund will be made within 2-3 business days after confirmation of the transfer).
Data protections
1. By placing an order at the bookstore, the Customer agrees to place his personal data in the ksiegarniarosyjska.pl database and to process it in order to fulfill the order. The customer is liable for providing false personal data. The customer has the right to inspect their personal data, modify them and delete them.
2. Dapersonal data are protected in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 "On the protection of personal data" (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) in a way that prevents access to third parties.
WITHthe name of the regulations
1. The bookshop reserves the right to change the content of these Regulations (it does not apply to orders being processed).
Other
1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
